I have been in the cosmetic industry, in some capacity, for 30+ years. From the moment I stepped behind that Clinque counter at the age of 17, I fell in love with the industry and it’s potential. In my 30′s, working for Aveda, I found a way to bridge my two loves, beauty and healthy living.

But really, what created Simple Beauty Minerals was my desire to raise my family and live a healthy, vivacious life! The safety of personal care products is crucial to our health.

With out a doubt, what we put on our bodies is just as important as we put into our bodies.

I spend a fair bit of time researching healthy, natural, organic beauty products to carry for you. And me. I even handcraft a few products.

Oh, you wanna know a bit of the personal stuff about me? OK, here’s the scoop. I am a homeschool mama of two great kids. We have two funny cats & the sweetest pit bull named Violet. There has been talk of a rat, bees, and chickens. I love to mess around in the kitchen; my latest fun is fermenting foods. I love to dance. Love yoga. I can sew and knit a bit. My daughter is better at sewing than me. She is 13. My teenage son is my tech department. My way cool husband is my photography department. I feel most at home in a sunny garden with a small shovel and a cup of tea.
