Don't miss your beauty rest, if you want your most gorgeous skin. A good nights sleep may be just what the skin Dr. ordered. 

No, I take that back. Several good nights sleep.

No, no. That's not it either.

A good nights sleep every night!

That is what the skin Dr. ordered.

You may know that I have had a bit of trouble sleeping this past year or so. Sleep never used to be an issue for me.

Never. Ever. 

Can you say "Menopause?"

So, I have been working on the sleep issue, and one of my steps is to take nutritional and anti-aging supplements.

So, when NuLiv  contacted me to sample and review a new natural supplement called SleepWell, I did my bit of research and said….."Yes!" 

I have been using SleepWell for about a week, and what I like about it (besides the friendly name) is that it does not make me fall asleep faster, as in 'no drowsiness', but  it does assist me with the quality and the duration of my sleep.

I am thinking it truly is working. 

Going to sleep is not the problem, at least for me, It is the waking-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night,-and-not-being-able-to-fall-back-asleep thing that drives me insane. 

If something awakens me in the middle of the night, like my dog Violet, who decides to bark at a raccoon in the garden, or my daughter who decides to crawl into bed with me,  I just can not get back to sleep. 

However, the week that I have been taking SleepWell, that has been a bit easier. 

SInce I have only been taking it for a week, I will report back and continue to share my experience with SleepWell;  It is too soon to tell. However, I am hopeful!

    I’m glad it is helping. It is so frustrating to have that happen (waking up and not being able to go to sleep.) BTDT. And when you finally do go back to sleep, the hangover when you finally wake up is horrible and takes hours to lift. Anything we can do to help. In pre-menopause women, this is a sign of hormone imbalance so anything we can do to improve that is helpful too. I have stopped having this problem now I avoid sugar, wheat as they are cause estrogen dominance in me.
