For your skin to  glow with your natural beauty, eat less.

Over eating, even only a  bit, not only leads to excess weight gain (did you know weight gain is really inflammation?) but chronic disease as well. Studies now show that eating less can extend your healthy & beautiful lifespan. So, at your next meal, don't eat until you are so full you need to unzip your jeans in order to breathe.  Begin a new habit of eating to just before that point.
