Before drifting off to sleep, touch a drop of pure essential oil of lavender to the tip of your nose. It will help you to relax and get your essential beauty rest. Try it with your kids for a soothing bedtime ritual;  my daughter, at 11 1/2 still asks for lavender oil on her nose before she lays her head on her pillow at night.
